Just a quickie post today. I created this little 3.25″ x 4.5″ mini book in an online class by Joanne Sharpe called Art Sparks 1 through Ruzuku.com. I filled it with some of my favorite quotes which I’ll be sharing with you over the next few weekends.
If you don’t know about Joanne Sharpe, she is a super talented artist and instructor. I’ve been a big fan of hers for a long time and just love her work. I highly recommend her classes as they’re so much fun!
This is my first quote:

Have a great weekend!
Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks Ruth! I try to use softer colors, but always end up back with the bright happy ones, lol.

Cute. Do you use glitter paint or regular glitter and glue? I haven’t tried glitter paint. Looks pretty.

I don’t like regular glitter because it goes everywhere and sticks to everything. Glitter paint is good but that’s better for large areas. For smaller areas I love Stickles by Ranger.
I bought Stickles in different colors but after using them for a while I found you really don’t need the colors that much because they will take on the color of paint underneath. With that said, my favorite is the Star Dust Stickles, which is white. It goes on pretty much all of my art and that what I used in this Mini Book. So you can see how the color changes.
Stickles are also great for dots and lines. They come in a small bottle but it lasts a while. This is a link to Amazon for the Star Dust Stickles:
Hope you have a beautiful day!
